ML BD Terms & Conditions – Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions apply to all members using the ml bd platform (mlbd.best). By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

ML BD is an online gaming and betting platform operating in Bangladesh. We offer slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and a range of other gaming services. Access to ML BD is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and above.

ML BD reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with ML BD, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. ML BD reserves the right to request a national ID or birth registration certificate for age verification at any time.
• You must provide your real name, address, phone number, and email at registration. Accounts created with false information will be terminated.
• Each person is allowed only one ML BD account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name or from the same device/IP address, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing your login credentials with anyone is prohibited. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs on your account as a result of sharing your login details.
• OTP verification to the mobile number provided at registration is mandatory.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a mandatory part of using ML BD. Members must complete KYC before making any withdrawals. This may require a scanned copy of a national ID or passport, along with a selfie.

Ml bd currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (three hundred BDT)
• Maximum Single Deposit: ৳50,000 (fifty thousand BDT) — separate limits apply for High Roller members
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 15 minutes of completion. If there is any delay, please contact support.
• You must use your own mobile banking account when making deposits. Using another person's number is strictly prohibited.
• After a deposit, the name on your payment account is verified against your ML BD account. If the names do not match, the payment may be returned.

ML BD does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — this is outside ML BD's control.

The following rules apply to withdrawing winnings from ml bd:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (Five Hundred BDT)
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (Two Hundred Thousand BDT) for standard members
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. In complex cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Ml bd reserves the right to review suspicious withdrawal requests and may ask for additional documentation during verification. This is a security measure carried out in the interest of our members.

ML BD offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you are generally required to wager 20–30 times the bonus amount. Check the specific bonus page for exact wagering requirements.
• Bonus Validity: Most bonuses are valid for 7–30 days. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per bet is ৳500. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Using the same bonus more than once is strictly prohibited. Any bonus abuse will result in account termination.
• Ml bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once. Closing an existing account and opening a new one to claim the welcome bonus again will be treated as fraud.

The following rules apply to all games and bets placed on ML BD:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of any game, ml bd reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Any winnings resulting from exploiting bugs or glitches in the ML BD system will be voided.
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fully impartial and independently verified by a third party.

If you are disconnected during a Live Casino game, the result of the round in progress will be saved on the server. You will see the correct outcome once you reconnect.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ml bd and may result in permanent account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Multi-Accounting: Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing low-risk bets or attempting to exploit the system solely to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Fraud & Cheating: Using forged payment receipts, false information, or another person's identity.
• Money Laundering: Using ml bd for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
• System Hacking: Any unauthorized access to or tampering with ML BD's software or systems.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a dispute with the payment provider after a deposit has been completed.

ML BD reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the Event of a Terms & Conditions Violation
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• In cases of suspicious financial activity
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)
• For legal reasons or upon instruction from a regulatory authority

Whether a balance is refunded upon account closure depends on the reason for closure. Accounts closed due to rule violations may have their balance forfeited. If an account is closed at the member's own request, any remaining balance will be returned.

ML BD is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming is for entertainment — not addiction. To support this, ML BD provides the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a betting break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Accounts may be closed for a period of 6 months to 5 years.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders about your gaming session duration and spending.

• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with ml bd's decision, you may escalate the matter to an independent dispute resolution body.

In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, server logs will serve as the final and definitive record. ML BD retains logs for all games for 90 days.

ML BD reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• A notification will be sent to the registered email address.
• A notice will be posted on the platform's homepage.
• The date of any changes will be updated at the top of this page.
